Animal Guarantees

All snakes are captive-bred and guaranteed to be the proper sex and have the listed genetics unless otherwise agreed upon. We guarantee our reptiles clean, healthy, and eating regularly.

If there are any problems with your new snake, Periodic Table Pythons must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. After this time period, we are not obligated to honor returns or refunds. Photographic evidence may be required for refunds and replacements.

Shipping

All snakes are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight unless requested otherwise. Shipping in the continental United States is a flat $50 fee no matter how many animals are purchased. Destinations in Alaska may involve extra shipping fees. Contact me for information and estimates on additional shipping costs. Once available, tracking information will be provided via e-mail.

I cannot ship internationally at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I reserve the right to ship animals only when the minimum and maximum temperatures at the sending and receiving locations are between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold- or heat-packs will be included during extreme temperatures at either location. Also, I will only ship on Monday through Wednesday to ensure your python arrives before the weekend.

I guarantee live arrival as long as someone is available to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. Please contact me when you receive your snake; I like my low blood pressure as it is.

Payment

I accept PayPal, personal checks (U.S.A. only), postal money orders, and cashier's checks. Checks will need to clear before the animal is shipped. There is no additional charge for using PayPal.

Snakes can be reserved with a 25% non-refundable* deposit. The animal will not be shipped until the final payment is received. If the remainder of the balance is not paid by the agreed-upon deadline, the python may be put back up for sale and the deposit will not be returned.

Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. The same rules that apply to reservations apply to payment plans.

*If, for some reason, a reserved animal dies before shipping, we will either replace the animal with another of the same genetics, another of similar value, or the entire amount paid by the time of death will be refunded (including the deposit).

Disclaimers

The buyer is responsible for knowing and abiding by both federal and local (e.g. state, county, city) laws. Periodic Table Pythons is not responsible for informing buyers about restrictions on pythons at any level.

Buyers are responsible for reading, knowing, and abiding by these Terms & Conditions. A purchase or trade of any of our snakes constitutes an agreement to these terms, whether the buyer has familiarized himself with them or not.

These Terms & Conditions may change without notice. I will try to keep everyone up-to-date with any changes via the updates on the main page, but I may forget sometimes. This is not because I'm trying to be sneaky; I just have a very short attention spa--OOH, LOOK, A SHINY!

Trades

I do accept trades! However, if a trade is arranged, I must receive the offered snake(s) before I will ship. The only exceptions to this rule are trusted breeders and people I know.

Here are the morphs I am looking for. If you would like to trade for a morph that is not listed here, that's fine! Give it a whirl! Even I don't necessarily know what will strike my fancy.

Please be aware, however, that just because you have one of these morphs does not mean I will automatically accept the trade. I tend to be very picky when it comes to the quality of my animals. Please do not be offended if I refuse any animals offered in a trade.
